Where we deliver
We deliver to serviceable PIN codes across India, subject to courier availability. We may not be able to accept an order for a destination our delivery partners can't reach.

Delivery times

| Frames, sunglasses and accessories | 4 to 6 business days |
| Glasses with prescription lenses | 5 to 7 business days, because lenses are made for you, and after your prescription is confirmed |
These are estimates, not guaranteed dates. Remote areas, holidays, weather, courier delays and incorrect address details can add time. We don't currently offer guaranteed express, same-day or priority delivery. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us for an update.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you can track it under Orders in the app, or Track Order on the website. We also send order updates by email.
Cash on delivery
Cash on delivery is available only for orders without lenses. Please have the exact amount ready when your order arrives.
If delivery fails
Please make sure your address and phone number are correct, because couriers may call you. If an order comes back to us after failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange another delivery or a refund. A refund covers everything you paid, including shipping.
Damaged parcels
If a parcel looks damaged or opened when it arrives, please take photos and contact us straight away. See our Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy.
