Delete your EYEDOO account

For eyedoo.in and the EYEDOO app. It's one account for both.

What is deleted

• Your name, phone number, gender, date of birth and profile photo
• Saved addresses not used by an order, saved prescriptions and their files, and uploads not attached to an order
• Your cart, wishlist, newsletter signup and cart reminders
• All your logins, so you are signed out of the app everywhere

What is kept

• Past orders and invoices, with the delivery address and any prescription attached to them, as required by law and for accounting, tax and warranty reasons. These stay attached to an anonymous record, not to your name or email on the account.
• Messages you sent through our contact form. Write to support@eyedoo.in if you'd like them removed.

Deleting your account can't be undone, though you can sign up again later with the same email as a new, empty account. You can't delete it while an order is on its way. Please wait until it's delivered or cancelled.

In the app

Open Profile, then tap Delete my account.
